Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.

Non-returnable items

• Products that are installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

• Items without original packaging, missing parts, or warranty papers.

• Personal care and hygiene-related appliances (for example: shavers, trimmers, grooming kits).

• Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or bundle offers.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

All returns must be processed through our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email/phone about the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees and installation charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, faulty, or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product,

please contact us at admin@anfaltrading.com within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please courier it to our warehouse at:

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

• If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
